An unreleased Michael Jackson song popped up on TMZ last week that sounds very similar to the 1972 America hit “A Horse with No Name“. According to TMZ:
“[They were] told several years ago [that] America’s manager gave his group’s permission for Jackson to record the song, “A Place with No Name” — despite the similarity.”

He had American’s permission to do this. it was an homage.

There’s also a song that Michael did with Paul McCartney called ‘The Man’. The chorus is reminiscent of America’s ‘Ventura Highway’, which – coincidentally – was sampled in the song ‘Someone To Call My Lover’ by Jackson’s sister Janet.

The clip is not the original America version of “A Horse With No Name,” which sounds more like “A Place With No Name” than the version you have. Please change it.
