I saw New Order and I had to mention this one that my friends and I noticed not to long ago. The intro to Bizarre Love Triangle by New Order and the intro to 11th Dimension by Julian Casablancas (The Strokes) sound identical.

It's the chorus! The guitar riff is the chorus. The rhythm is wonky, and the last note is the wrong interval, but those are the intervals from the chorus, definitely.
