The Killers vs. Boys Like Girls

Wow. I don’t know how Boys Like Girls is getting away with this one. The chorus of their recently released track “Love Drunk” sounds just like The Killers‘ 2004 dance floor jam “Somebody Told Me”.  Have a listen:

    Not just the same chords but it sounds like almost the same everything.

    How /are/ they getting away with that? Or are the Killers just not wanting into a huge thing with it?
