I think this is a very weak comparison. The chords are different after the first one and nothing seems to match up.
I agree, it’s not the best comparison but when it was submitted I definitely heard the similarity.
They sure have the same sweet notes in the beginning of the melody line that Garbage rips off too. The bridge of part of Medication (starting at 2:10). Yeah, noticed those three even before this (nice) site.
Morcheeba’s “Part of The Process” actually jibes much better with “Never My Love”
What about U2’s “Walk On”? The way Bono sings realy looks like “Here Comes your Man”, so are the chords.
I hear the similarity. I googled it, and I found this site. I don’t really have much musical education, so whether the chords or notes are the same, I don’t know, but what reaches my ears sounds similar between the songs.
