Noticed this first time I heard Fleet Foxes new album.
Also, “Norwegian Wood” by the Beatles sounds similar to both.
I read that Dylan wrote this in response to Norwegian Wood from The Beatles (John Lennon). Basically poking fun at him and telling him to write in his own style
I though Norwegian within 5 seconds of that Fleet Foxes song. Got here by googling them together
Rumor is it, the Beatles and Bob wrote the melody together when they met, and each wrote their own lyrics
