Lady Gaga vs. Kool and the Gang

This is an interesting one submitted by Travis. Lady Gaga‘s 2011 track “Scheiße” (German for “Shit”) features a verse that has a very strong rhythmic similarity to the chorus of Kool & the Gang‘s 1979 classic “Ladies’ Night”.

      Hey Travis,

Thanks! Yeah, I just checked in my submissions. Somebody submitted this one a while back. Just haven’t had a chance to add it.

Not yet, but these are pretty good! [Butthole Surfers “TV Star” (1996) vs. Bruce Springsteen “Hungry Heart” (1980)]. While here I listened to “Pepper” by Butthole Surfers. Man, that sounds a lot like Beck’s “Loser”!

Although not sounding like these songs, you should listen to the verses of the Beatles help, and then maroon 5s misery. They have a simmilar vocal structure.

Speaking of The Beatles, listen to Come Together and then listen to Party Boys – He’s Gonna Step On You Again.

The opening lyrics are interchangeable for mine.
