Britney Spears’ “Oops!… I Did It Again” was an international #1 hit in 2000. So was Barbra Streisand’s “Woman in Love” in 1980. These melodies are very similar. But don’t blame Britney, she didn’t write the song. Credits include Max Martin who has also worked with Dr. Luke on tracks like this.

I actually think the sample of Barbra Streisand sounds more like the line ‘My loneliness is killing me’ from “..Baby One More Time” also by Britney.
because both songs could be played at the same time and are practically identical. Britney Spears really did rip off her own number one single to get a second number one single.
