Also funny that one band is stylized in lower case and the other in CAPS.

The other day I heard something playing out of a clothing store stereo system and thought, “is this a cover of MGMT’s ‘Electric Feel’? Is ‘Electric Feel’ retro now? Is it cool to cover MGMT now?’. No. Turns out it is a song called “Tell Me Tell Me” by another duo called Courtship. I will just leave this here for you to listen. Enjoy!!
Long time readers and listeners of this site might not be too surprised about this current lawsuit and soundalike. Back in 2009 I posted about the similarities of Radiohead’s 1992 hit “Creep” and The Hollies “The Air That I Breathe” (1974). Since then some readers have suggested some new ones. And today it has come to my attention that Radiohead is suing Lana Del Rey for her song “Get Free” (2017). It’s definitely pretty similar. But what about all of these other songs before??? Have a listen to to all of them!
